We collect the information you choose to give us when you send an enquiry through our website: your name, company or institution, email address, phone number, the requirement you select and your message. We also receive the address of the page the enquiry was sent from.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not load third-party tracking scripts.

How your enquiry is delivered

Enquiries are processed on our own web server and emailed to our team. No third-party form service is involved. If you submit an enquiry, we send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. The server also records your IP address with the enquiry, and briefly keeps a record of how many enquiries an address has sent, to prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

A backup copy of each enquiry is kept on our server for up to 12 months, so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails, and is then deleted automatically. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records.
